📦 Where do we ship? We ship worldwide — yes, really! Whether you're in the US, Europe, Asia, or beyond, your bias lightstick can reach you.

📅 Processing Time:

1. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
2. During comebacks or special events, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience, fam 🙏

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time:

USA & Canada ▶️ 7–14 business days

Europe ▶️ 8–16 business days

Asia ▶️ 5–10 business days

Rest of World ▶️ 10–20 business days

✈️ Tracking Info: All shipments come with tracking numbers. You’ll receive yours via email as soon as your order is shipped. (Heads up: sometimes tracking updates may take 24–48 hrs to show movement.)

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

💔 Received a damaged item? If your lightstick arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Just send us:

1. A photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery

2. Your order number

We’ll offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

🔄 Change of mind?

We accept returns for unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping will be at your expense unless the issue is on our side.

⛔ What’s not returnable?

1. Lightsticks that have been used or unboxed

2. Items returned without contacting us first

3. Packages returned due to incorrect address input
